Magic 7 weeks in Australia

 

Magic is born in Austraila and bred by Rosemary Stewart Hazharts kennels in Perth. She came by air after a very long flighet over 3 continents and arrived the 17th of April 2005. A very carefully planned journey from day one. 5 days befor Magic had her right age for travel, Sweden changed the regulations for imports from Australia so we had to wait 5 more months befor she could travel to Sweden. Finally, very sunny springday in april she set ground in her new home country. Far far away! And it was a very happy little girl that came out of the crate at Arlanda Airport. It was love at first sight and she kissed and kissed us over and over again to greet us. Wagging har tail all the time! She was so happy and we could see the magic in her eyes... and she started to yoddle and yoddle and yoddle!! Our Aussie was finally here!!!  Last day in Australia! Photo: Sherae Petlink To import to Sweden is not as easy as you may think. Both parties really has to make an effort for all this to go along. Forms to fill in and checkups by vets, vaccinations and so on. But it is all worth it when you are fortunate to get such a sweet and lovley girl to hold in you arms! Dad Mattias and Obi awaits Magics arrival. Magic at SAS Cargo warehouse. Magic came in a "taxi" and was driven all the way outside into the warming spring sun. There, finally after 3½ hours of waiting we got to let her out. We can only imagine how Magic must have felt during her long escaped across 3 continents. First contact Magic carefully stept out of the crate and it was love at first sight.
